The EHRT bending machines of the Professional Line are made for high loads in industrial operations. Long wear and unrivalled accuracy characterize these machines. The Professional Line machines are exceedingly powerful CNC bending machines with spring back compensation. They are able to bend single pieces as well as small batches with the same precision and efficiency as series-produced parts. A bending accuracy of +/- 0.2° starting from the first work piece is achieved due to calculated spring back compensation and the use of electronic tools. The latest SV version supports an operation speed of up to 50 mm/s. Tools are changed quickly by using the simple plug-in system.

The Holecut Standard Line was developed especially for efficient processing of metal stampings. It features high flexibility and production accuracy. The main areas of application are for small and medium runs. All pieces are sent down a slat conveyor and are pushed sideways onto a table. Any scrap is carried to the end of the conveyor and dropped into a bin. The machine continues to run in this manner until a new work piece is programmed or selected. Just merely insert new material.
